How To Rent (FAQ)



How Do I Make a Rental Reservation?
After you browse through our inventory and get an idea of the item(s) you might like to rent, fill out our "Rental Request" form to get started. Once your inquiry is received, we will make sure the item(s) are available on your event date and send over a rental agreement proposal for you to sign and return. Once we receive your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit your pieces will be reserved.

Am I able to cancel or make changes to my reservation?
You can make changes to your reservation (replace items, add items) up to 1 week before your event as long as the items are available and you do not go below your original amount on your contract. 
You are able to cancel your reservation at any time, however, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is made within the week of the event, the final payment is also non-refundable.

Where do I pick the items up?
We are located in Montgomery County PA, less than 10 minutes from the King of Prussia mall. We will discuss a time that works and provide the exact pick up location within a week of the event and once all payments have been made. 

*** for certain items, a pick up truck or very large vehicle is required to transport. We will make customer aware if they're interested in one of these items.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery. If interested, please indicate on your rental form, as this is only available if our schedule allows on your requested date and would need to be indicated on your contract.

***Delivery price differs upon location 
(within 10 miles = $60, within 20 miles = $120, over 20 miles = $3 per mile)

How long does my reservation last?
All rental durations are for 1 day. However, if the items are not being rented by anyone the day before or after we are flexible with allowing a longer duration and will indicate the agreed duration in your contract. 

What if I damage any rental items?
There is a non-refundable damage protection fee (5%) applied to specific rental items that you will see on your proposal. This covers normal wear and tear that can easily occur at events. However, if there is visible damage beyond normal wear and tear, customer will be billed accordingly after the event.

If items are lost, not returned with all pieces, unable to be fixed etc. and we have to remove from our Inventory, we will asses the value of that piece and you will be charged anywhere from two to five times that amount. You will receive notification prior to being billed. 

*** Majority of our chairs are vintage items and very delicate. None of our chairs can be wet. Please make sure weather permits if they're being used outside.
